The FARO Premium Louvre LED Bollard is a high-quality commercial exterior bollard designed for pathways, landscaped areas, residential developments, hospitality sites, commercial premises and public spaces.

Part of the same premium bollard family as the PRISMA, the FARO shares many of the same internal components and control features but uses a distinctive louvred head design, giving it a different architectural appearance and light distribution.

The FARO is a single wattage-selectable luminaire with 14W, 19W and 24W settings, providing outputs from 840 to 1,440 lumens. Colour temperature can also be selected between 3000K, 3500K and 4000K, allowing the appearance of the lighting to be tailored to the surrounding environment.

Wattage Selectable – 14W, 19W or 24W

The FARO is a single wattage-selectable bollard with three power settings, allowing the output to be configured on site without changing the complete luminaire.

The available settings are:

• 14W – 840 lumens
• 19W – 1,140 lumens
• 24W – 1,440 lumens

The published efficacy is approximately 60 lumens per watt across the range.

The lower wattage settings are particularly suited to pathways, landscaped areas and residential surroundings where a softer level of illumination is preferred, while the 24W setting provides increased output for commercial sites and larger amenity areas.

The selectable-output design also provides flexibility during commissioning, allowing the final light level to be adjusted around the site conditions and lighting-design requirements.

Louvre-Style Light Distribution

The defining feature of the FARO is its louvred head design, which distinguishes it from the cone-style PRISMA within the same premium bollard family.

The horizontal louvres create a more shielded architectural appearance and make the FARO particularly attractive for pathways, landscaped areas, residential developments, hotels, leisure facilities and public spaces where visual appearance and low-level amenity lighting are important.

3000K Warm White

3000K provides a warmer night-time appearance and is particularly suited to:

Integral Photocell

The FARO incorporates an integral photocell for automatic dusk-to-dawn operation.

When enabled, the bollard can automatically switch on as ambient daylight levels fall and switch off again after sunrise.

Where photocell operation is not required, the function can be disabled, allowing the bollard to operate from conventional switching, timers or another external lighting-control system.

This makes the FARO particularly flexible for larger schemes where different operating arrangements may be required across the site.

Dome Top or Flat Top Options

The FARO is available with a choice of Dome Top or Flat Top head styles.

Dome Top

The Dome Top provides a softer, more traditional curved appearance and works particularly well within landscaped, residential, hospitality and leisure environments.

Flat Top

The Flat Top provides a cleaner and more contemporary appearance suited to modern commercial, residential and public-realm developments.

Both options retain the same core LED technology, selectable wattage, selectable colour temperature and louvred construction.
